The Home Office is a unique timber and glass building that has been designed specifically for the home worker. It is a free standing structure, with modular sides that can accommodate either glass windows, solid walls or doors. The building comes complete with all electrics including: power points (8), TV point (4), fax and telephone points (4), down lights and switches (8) plus electric heating and burglar alarm. It is well insulated to allow for year round use and has been designed to be free standing in the garden.
It only requires that your own builder installs a solid base of concrete and runs an electric cable from the home! Planning permission is not normally required. Home Offices are delivered and erected within five working days. Prices start from £8,500 + VAT for size 3.2 metres square and can be made larger. Buildings can be relocated by us years after first installation, so take it with you if you move.
